Your shows, in one workspace

Booking software for independent artists

Manage your own confirmed shows from the deal and paperwork to payment follow-up, travel details and a ready-to-share itinerary.

Agency Assistant gives an independent musician, DJ or performer one focused workspace for their own bookings. Keep confirmed dates, promoter contacts, contracts, invoices, payment progress, travel and itinerary information together. You stay in charge of your bookings, with the tools to handle the paperwork and preparation yourself.

Built for one artist managing their own dates

When you handle your own bookings, the administrative work can be spread across email, calendar notes, files and message threads. A dedicated booking record gives each confirmed show a clear home. Keep the promoter and deal information near the date, then return to the same record when it is time to prepare documents, follow up on payment or check what you need for the trip.

The independent workspace is for one artist managing their own bookings. It is not a roster tool for managing several artists under one account. If you represent or coordinate a roster, see the booking agency page for that workflow.

  • Keep your own confirmed shows organized by booking.
  • Find contact, fee, document and payment details together.
  • Keep practical travel and show information connected to the date.

A steady routine for every confirmed show

Once a date is agreed, record the booking details and use them to prepare its contract and invoice. Review each document yourself before you send or deliver it. As payment progresses, update the booking so you have a clearer view of what remains outstanding. The workspace helps you keep track; it does not replace your accounting records or make financial decisions for you.

Before the show, gather accommodation, transport and other agreed instructions in the booking. Check the information, then publish the itinerary when it is ready to share. If plans change, update the details, review the revised itinerary and publish it again. Your show plan stays connected to the same booking as the deal and documents.

  • Record the agreed date, fee and promoter details.
  • Prepare and check the contract and invoice.
  • Track payment progress and follow up when needed.
  • Review and share the final show itinerary.

Know what still needs doing before show day

Use your own workspace to see the bookings that need attention. Check whether a contract has been signed, an invoice is still outstanding or the itinerary needs another detail. Open the booking to find its context rather than keep a second list of links to files and conversations.

This is software for organizing your live bookings, not a service that finds gigs or represents you. Keep specialist tools for royalties, publishing and accounting where you need them. Use Agency Assistant for a practical view of each show: what was agreed, which paperwork is ready, what has been paid and how you are getting there.

Straight answers

Before you get started

A focused workspace for the real work around a live show, with people staying in control of review and communication.

Can I manage a roster of artists here?

This independent workflow is intended for one artist managing their own bookings. Agencies managing a roster should use the agency workflow.

Will it find gigs or act as my agent?

No. It organizes administration for your bookings; it is not a representation service or gig-finding service.

Does it send contracts automatically?

You review documents and control delivery. The workspace does not replace your judgment or sign a contract for you.

Can I use it for royalties?

It focuses on live bookings, invoice and payment progress, and show logistics. It is not a royalty or publishing system.
